Boot Shopping in Nashville.
The entire culture behind cowboy boots in Nashville is nothing short of fascinating. Wow, it seems like people are sporting them everywhere you look, especially the ladies who truly embrace this iconic footwear. I love it.
I decided to name this particular pair "Faith." As a city girl who ventured to Nashville, I completely fell in love with the vibrant atmosphere and the style it promotes. How could it be any other way, right? Take a look at the captivating photos from my shopping experience at Boot Barn, where they had hundreds of stunning styles available all over the place.
It was incredible to see how women shopped more passionately than men in that store. When I first laid eyes on Faith, I chose to wait a little bit to fully decide if I was a cowboy boot kind of gal. But the very next day, I turned to Armand and confidently declared, “I want those boots.” So, I returned once again, tried them on AGAIN, and boom! Just like that, they were mine to keep. Ally & Faith together forever—love that!
When I first saw the winning pair...

Faith comes home.
Thanks to @boot_barn_official, I must say that the entire staff was simply amazing. It's never an easy task to work through a busy Labor Day weekend, but they handled it all with such grace and ease. I suppose that a lively crowd is quite normal for them, which likely helped.
Having spent over 19 years in retail myself, I truly understand how challenging it can be, but they were exceptionally helpful in every way. I received a helpful little 101 lesson on how boots should properly fit, and I was advised more than once not to break them in while on my upcoming trip, along with being encouraged to cherish them fully. I honestly can't wait to break my girls in and take them on adventures. I’m also looking forward to figuring out the perfect outfit for five to pair with them.
Ally & Faith OUT!
living in New York City is a dream, but let’s be honest… it can also be a lot. small spaces, constant noise, always being on the go. over time, i’ve learned that the secret to actually enjoying this city isn’t doing more — it’s about choosing small, intentional luxuries that make everyday life feel softer, slower, and a little more you. a thoughtfully brewed morning coffee, a quiet corner in a nearby park, or a few minutes with a favorite playlist can transform the rush into something livable and lovely.
these aren’t big splurges. they’re the kind of little upgrades that turn your daily routine into something you actually look forward to.
