Life Lately.
I’ve been kinda loving life lately. Usually, the summer season doesn't bring about much joy but this year it's different. All the anniversaries and firsts without my mom all take place in the winter, spring & fall. This is truly the only pocket of time where nothing is making me cry. Do I have my moments? Absolutely. In fact, there was a night already this week when Armand had to just stand there and hug me.

It's always good to remember that healing isn't linear. It's my favorite saying for the year. It's true. It's been fun to get to know new friends (hi @veravixeness!!!), see old ones and just be a person. Life lately has been. Beautiful. I'm soaking it all up because fall/winter hit I'm sure to be a mess and no good to anyone.
I need a beach day. Let's go to the beach. ☼☼☼
Some milestones come with your 30s that everyone talks about—buying a home and getting married. Starting a family. Landing your dream job.
But I've found that the biggest changes aren't always the loud ones.
They're the quiet shifts that happen over time. The things you stop apologizing for. The habits you leave behind without even realizing it. The version of yourself that slowly fades because you've finally made room for someone who feels more at peace.
My 30s haven't been about becoming someone completely different. They've been about coming home to myself.
Here are a few things I've quietly outgrown along the way.
