DISNEY100 AT THE FRANKLIN INSTITUTE.
Oh, what fun! Headed to Philly and more specifically to @franklininstitute to see Disney100: The Exhibition. It was a real treat for fans of Disney looking to see rare costumes, learn about how some of the most famous characters in Disney history came about & much more!
You’ll also find many reprinted versions of some very famous sketches of characters in development. You definitely wouldn’t find originals in a traveling exhibition like this so please know that going in. The exhibition explores the theme parks, conservation efforts by Disney plus musical theatre as well. You’ll even find Marvel & Star Wars costumes, props & more.
There is definitely so much to look at. We spent a good two hours exploring it all. It’s a lot less interactive than previous special exhibitions relying mainly on screens which is fine in hindsight.
You’ll have fun! If given the opportunity make sure you head to Philly and go! We got nighttime tickets and it was still pretty packed so be ready for that!

there's something bittersweet about august in new york.
the city is still buzzing with summer energy, but you can feel the seasons beginning to shift. the sunsets come a little earlier, the evenings are just a little softer, and everyone seems determined to squeeze every last drop out of summer.
personally? i kind of love it.
august is the month for saying yes to rooftop dinners, lingering in bookstores a little longer, catching an outdoor movie, or taking the ferry somewhere just because you can.
