Happy Birthday to me.

Today I celebrate 37 times around the sun. Another full rotation filled with so much love, life, family & being. This next rotation will be about patience, understanding, learning & acceptance of things I cannot change.

I look forward to the calmness 2024 will bring me. I look forward to more love from family and friends. Most important I look forward. There's so much more of this life to live. I'm not finished yet. I won't be for a while. As long as I can I promise to be free. Live free. Do the things that make me happy.

One minute, we're still holding onto the last bits of fall, looking for changing leaves and ordering something pumpkin-flavored. The next, the holiday markets are opening, the city is putting on its sparkliest outfit, and suddenly everyone is asking when we're decorating for Christmas.

And honestly? I love that about November.
