Stoney Clover Lane: New Orleans.
Be still my beating heart. As soon as knew I was coming to New Orleans I knew @stoneyclover would be a stop I'd make. It was my first time visiting a shop that wasn't in New York and this location is gorgeous! It's beautiful and as you can see I had a lot of fun shopping. I picked up quite a things that I'll show you all soon.
💕 | Just wanted to say thank you to the team there. Especially to Kori who went above and beyond to make my experience one to remember. She was so kind and worked with me to make sure everything I got was just what I wanted.
I grabbed things that were very New Orleans specific and even found some ideas I thought I'd never see again in store! Like it was meant to find them now not then. If you're ever in the area and are a fan make sure you stop by. Go sit on the rocking chairs while waiting for custom orders!
There are some trips that feel like vacations, and then there are trips that feel like chapters.
My July trip to California definitely felt like a chapter.
After spending the first part of our vacation in Las Vegas, we packed up and made our way to Los Angeles for the second half of the adventure. And while Vegas had its own very particular kind of energy, Los Angeles felt completely different. There was more space to wander, more neighborhoods to explore, more food to eat (always important), and that very specific California feeling that makes you want to slow down and take everything in.
